Both DirectAdmin and cPanel run with CentOS only; unlimited hosted TLDs; request an extra account login for domain name, invoicing transaction and client support ticket administration activities; complete root access. Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia hosting Control Panel is a standard tool solely in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is offered for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited website names under one single account. This is conceivable due to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have TWO separate accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/administration options. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your hostnames under one single web hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP devices do not offer such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager section and therefore they demand TWO autonomous web hosting user accounts: one domain name administration/billing/support user account and one web page administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).

Operating System ³ - you will observe that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel supports Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel interfaces are available solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
